What: A twinkling, family-friendly festive extravaganza that's a perfect evening out for Christmas-loving locals and visitors, don't miss the 2024 PNE Winter Fair. Brimming with Yuletide bonhomie, your admission ticket includes the walk-through WinterLights––complete with its sparkling foxes, seals and (new this year) a shimmering train––as well as the chance to hop aboard and ride a "real" train aka the PNE Holiday Express. Also included with your admission, check out the site's holiday-themed live entertainment, including the Magic of Santa Holiday Musical show and returning favourite The Nutcracker on Ice at the Pacific Colosseum. Ice fans should also save time for some indoor skating (free with own skates; rentals also available) or check out the on-ice bumper cars for some additional fun (there is an extra charge for this). Whatever you do, don't miss the interactive Discover Santa activity, where you and your family can write a letter to Santa, make a tree ornament and then undertake some toy testing before meeting the Jolly Old Elf himself! Make a night of it here and you'll also discover roving performers, delicious food vendors, a festive market and––when it's time to warm up––a Winter Chalet with tasty beverages and live Christmas tunes.
