What: For the 2024 holiday season, why not treat yourself and your loved ones to a sumptuous celebratory feast? You'll find several deliciously indulgent options at downtown Vancouver's ARC Restaurant, located in the stylish Fairmont Waterfront Hotel. But make sure you reserve as far ahead as possible: there are only a few sittings available for each special meal. On December 24 and 25, the restaurant is serving a decadent four-course Christmas Eve and Christmas Day Dinner, with entrée options including Angus prime rib, crusted ling cod or turkey ballotine with apricot and squash, celery sage stuffing, mashed potato, glazed carrots and crispy Brussels sprouts. And that’s not your only December 25 option. This year, ARC is also serving a seasonal edition of its legendary Bottomless Brunch (complete with turkey, pork tourtiere, eggnog smoothies and much more). Alternatively, save yourself for December’s 26’s Boxing Day Brunch instead. Once Christmas is concluded, of course, New Year is just around the corner. Dress up in your party finery and dive into the restaurant's signature celebrations: there are two New Year's Eve Dinner sittings to choose from (one early and one late).
